Abstract: Includes a reproduction of a program for a concert held in Paris in 1878 by an orchestra and chorus of 350 participants directed by Nicolas Rubinstein, director of the conservatory of Moscow. The program included a short section entitled "Chant religieux" by Bortniansky for a chorus of men and boys.
